We strive to satisfy our customers, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Item must be in original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Please send the item to:

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you would like.
Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved. Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or an exchange sent out within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we apologize! We will get you a replacement shipped out ASAP or give you a refund. Please email us at email@example.com upon receipt of the damaged/incorrect item and include your order number and a description of the issue along with a photograph of the item.
Sales items or custom/personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away with your order number and name. Unshipped orders will be completely refunded. Any orders that have already shipped out will need to be returned.
